![]() She told me I had to directly contact Microsoft about a compatability error (I don't think that is something that would work), or I could talk to another group to help. I trouble-shooted with the person on the phone. Note-the chat service was not open on the weekend, but the phone number was. The live chat person directed me to another service. To do a live chat, I had to still have my printer under warrantly (lucky me, it still was), even though it was an app issue, and I don't think it should have applied. I had to use the virtual assistant and ask just the right questions in order to access a live chat, since the virtual chat couldn't solve my problem. Re-started everything, re-installed the app, still no luck. After the most recent update (I assume), the app would immediately crash when I tried to open it. I’m a kid who is thankful for HP for making my life easier at school. I’m not a person who is paid to write reviews. Now stop giving the software engineers a difficult time at HP. Only rating it 5 stars because because there wasn’t any option to rate it 100 stars. ![]() I would loooooooooooovvvvvvvvveeeeeeeee this app. I see many short reviews that look as if they were written by people from companies that are rivals of HP. If it doesn’t work for you, then at least tell them why. And submitting them is waaaaaaaaaay too ezy when I scan them. I don’t have to MAKE my assignments and complete them for school, I can just easily print them. ![]() What is with the hate? How is printing/scanning this easy? My dad used a Brother printer when he went to work which used ink and he reportedly said it waaaaaaaay too hard, but then his boss ordered HP ink printers and he said they were ezy to use. Scanning is ezy(good job reforming after HP Easy Scan, which has an overall rating of 2 stars). I used this when I first got my first printer, an HP DeskJet 2732.
